1. No-Show Policy:
• If you are unable to attend a booked class and do not notify us in advance, the payment for that class will be forfeited.
• To keep your class credit, please inform us at least 1 hour before the class start time if you cannot attend.

2. Class Credit:
• If you notify us at least 1 hour before the class, your payment will be converted into a class credit.
• This credit will remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the original class. After 30 days, any unused credits will expire.

3. Rescheduling:
• You can reschedule your class within the 30-day period, as long as you have notified us in advance as specified.

4. Non-Refundable Payment:
• All payments for classes are non-refundable. Once you book and pay for a class, the fee cannot be returned.
